Rolled out the Manager on Duty program and managed the hotel Critical Path.  Developed the Associate Handbook and brand Pocket Card.  Deployment Coach for the 2018 Integration, supporting the Head Coach, monitor and ensure all deployment activities stay on track.  Championed and coordinated all activities related to the countdown for the opening of the hotel.  Support internal Marketing activities such as collateral and official photo shooting content for the hotel. Handled Marketing activities in the absence of the Director of Marketing & Communications.  Created content for restaurant and spa website.  Runner-up winner for Manager of the Quarter, October 2018.  Completed the Emergency Response Plans for the hotel, devised and developed all security policies and procedures to follow company standards.  Developed and coordinated a two-week team building activity for the pre-opening team.
