Dealing with telephone and email inquiries; Creating and maintaining filing systems; Managing and maintaining budgets as well as invoicing; Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information; Recruiting, training and supervising junior staff and delegating work as required.
Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service Assist in the preparation and service of all food items for a la carte and buffet menus according to hotel recipes and standards. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment. Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features and promotions. Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards. Follow all the safety and sanitation polices when handling food and beverages.
