I am writing with my interest and my earnest choice to apply in any position that is available and suitable for my experiences.
I am a college graduate of Bachelor Science in hospitality Industry Management; I am currently working as a Receptionist at The Cove Rotana Hotel and Resorts United Arab Emirates. In my past working experiences up to present, my primary role includes customer service provider such handling guest queries, received payments, and provides accurate information and also customer satisfaction. During my career, I’ve demonstrated the ability to help enhance the business and at the same time improve my level of customer service.
I believe my background and qualifications would make me fit for your organization. I can humbly say that I am well compensated with my knowledge and experienced especially for the position that I am applying for. I am available from 1 to 2 months notice period.

    • Oversee all reservations, payment and tracking procedures, established for The pool, beach and recreation facilities as required. • In charge in massage booking reservations, answering queries via phone and emails, dealing with complaints. • in charge in all monthly reports such as revenue promotions, memberships revenues and other important reports that needs to be submitted by the end of the month. • Create a warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere • Promote all classes, activities and services that are offered within the club • Post charges in micros that may incurred by Guests and members and carry Out correct accounting procedures • Assist the Fitness Instructor in ensuring that all members and Guests follow Safety procedures, rules and regulations • Periodically check on the cleanliness and order of the locker facilities • Handles updating staff schedules on oasis application, in charge in ordering items using FBM app or JANA System. Reporting maintenance issues, I have also given a limited access to opera app, mainly to check guest status. Also in charge in reporting and noting incident. • Encourage sales through full product and price knowledge of offered and Available facilities • Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests’ and Colleagues’ health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the Environment • Comply with the hotel environmental, health and safety policies and Procedure

    I graduated with the degree of BS Hospitality industry management. I undergone my on the Job training at burhham suites hotel at baguio city Philippines. after finishing college I busied myself working in a call center company, I left the job and I started to build my career in hospitality in the beginning of 2012 at king Abdulla university of science of technology KSA-Jedda. I got the opportunity to move and work in UAE in end of year 2013 and immediately started my new career as recreation receptionist at The Cove Rotana Hotels one of the leading hotels in the GCC. This is my current job but I've decided to move for me to learn more and to try to do new things that would help me enhance my acquired skills.
