Automatization Website & Expansion to Travel Agency (June 2018 to November 2018)
• Expanding services, from single bookings to weekend/travel packages including flight, hotel, transportation and activities (boat rental, party locations, tourist activities & excursions etc.). The bookings are mostly weekends. I organize and hire the activities to be executed through third party companies/professionals for my clients.
• Automatization complete website. All booking packages composed by the client and reserved through the website. Including automated helpdesk.
Results:
• Competences – Developed efficiency-improving workflow/process improvements (and insight in it), which meet the increasing responsibilities.
• Lowered costs by searching for new contacts with better services against lower prices. Thus, generated more profit for the company.
• Saving on my time during the week by automatization website, which gives space for new work during the week.
