My name is Merrylyn Nyoni I have a Diploma in Culinary Arts which I completed with The International Hotel School 2016. I did my Culinary Arts practicals at Protea Midrand Hotel last year. I also completed my Pastry course at the International Hotel schoo 2017l, as well as my Pastry practicals at the Maslow Hotel in Sandton.
I would like to have a long career now and train properly as a Chef. I am a hard worker, creative, very organised and enthusiastic about what I do and I feel like these skills are good in the kitchen setting. I enjoy working as part of a wider team but I am also capable of working on my own initiative.
