About me

I am a certified Chef with vast experience in different culinary backgrounds. With 14 years of experience I am the ideal candidate for a leadership position.

I have spent 4 years in England and 9 years in South Africa working with some of the most talented chefs. My achievements range from opening my own coffee shop to working with a team of 30 - 50 staff and cooking for 2000 people a day. I’m a capable and professional individual who is able to perform to the highest standards in areas such as Staff Training, Menu Design, Menu Costings, Creating recipes, Kitchen admin. The foundation of my achievements lay in my ability to organize my time effectively, prioritize tasks and using my initiative.

I have a passion for food and for this industry. I endeavor to always do my utmost and as a Chef I do not only play an administrative role but I believe in a hands-on approach when it comes to producing the most mind-blowing dishes.
