Coming from the home country of hospitality, I can say for sure that human interaction and customer service is my area of expertise. I have always felt the urge to communicate and exchange ideas and thoughts with people, no matter their cultural background.

Having more than 7 years of experience within the hotel & restaurant industry, after being to several different countries and numerous places not only for work, but for seminars, leisure & overall mind-broadening activities, I am confident in my skills & abilities.

I have been to both small & large luxury hotels, so I know exactly what the standards for each premise are.
