I am an honours graduate from Geneva Hotel School where I obtained a Senior Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management ES. Throughout this program we were required to complete two internships; I was able to attain a first work term at the Grand Hotel Kempinski Geneva as an assistant F&B Administrator, a time during which I worked closely with the F&B director. I accomplished my second internship at the Vierjahreszeiten Kempinski in Munich in the accounting department. Upon graduation, I worked in my family restaurant in Switzerland for six months, a period during which I was in charge of the service team, as well as the wine program. I then decided to travel and applied for a job at the Wickaninnish Inn Relais & Châteaux & Pointe Restaurant in Tofino, Canada. I was first offered a F&B Attendant position, in which I excelled in at an accelerated pace. I was quickly promoted to Lounger/Bartender as my qualifications proved to exceed the original position I was given. My willingness to learn more and progress in my career encouraged me to apply to a fine dining server position that I obtained and am currently working in. I have successfully completed my work contract and am therefore seeking opportunities for my next endeavour.

My desire to continue my career in the food & beverage industry, and to broaden my horizons in the hotel world makes me an excellent candidate for an overseas position. My previous experiences in the hospitality industry as well as my Senior Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management ES has led me to become a passionate and proactive employee, now seeking a position with responsibilities in the F&B departement, front of the house.
