Currently developing standard operations procedures for inventory management and determining accurate food controlling indexes across 14 food outlets (Capricciosa DOC, Doca de Santo, Bunker, Otto, Popolo, Irish & Co, Republica da Cerveja) in Lisbon, Carcavelos e Cascais.

My interest in hospitality goes beyond the pure business side. I am passionate about the history - It is interesting how the classic remains an immovable object versus the unstoppable forces of current trends and how the industries can adapt to its ever-changing guest needs.

Focused, analytical, fast learning and adaptable skills allowed me looking for opportunities and new projects to gain industry experience, increase my knowledge, skills, and abilities and develop unique relations.

My goal is to gain experience and the know-how enough to become an experienced cross-field professional in Hospitality and Wine Industry, in the areas of Sales and Marketing, Property Development and Operations Management.
