About me

Do you have a dream? Well mine is to find a project that is open to my People Management/Marketing profile, a mix that i believe can add value to organizations.

How did i go about it?

I graduated in Organizational Psychology because companies are all about people and understanding them is the first step for designing a successful strategy.

But it's not enough. Companies are made of products/services that serve a purpose. Which customers (segmentation) in which location (positioning)? To learn more about this i took a Master in Marketing Management.

After several projects in very different companies i found that Engagement Marketing (the mix between People Management and Marketing) is where i can make a difference working on all 3 vectors of satisfaction - Candidate Experience, Employee Experience and Customer Experience.
