About me
I have been here in UAE for the past 8 years. I first started at Sheraton Abu Dhabi then moved onto Coral Beach Resort Sharjah (part of the Coral International Group) where I done 4 openings, Coral Deira Dubai, Coral Ajman Suites, Coral Al Barsha Dubai and Casa Samak (Seafood Restaurant ) which was a brand-new concept at Coral Beach Resort.
I have also been associated with The Emirates Culinary Guild for the past 7 years as a Senior Member, which during which I have been involved in the Salon Culinaire and the Junior Chef of the Year for the past 7 years.
I was also part of the Sydney International Culinary School Dubai, which opened in 2006. I was part of the opening team and was appointed Executive Chef / Lecturer. From there I joined Nestle Professional in 2007 as Consultant / Advisory Chef for the Middle East.
I am also a Senior Member of the Saudi Arabian Chef Association and the British Craft Guild of Chefs

I started my apprenticeship at Maxim's de Paris in London in 1983, then moved to the Hyatt Regency Churchill Hotel London. Next was the Four Seasons, Inn on the Park, Park Lane London (Four Seasons Restaurant 1 michelin star), next was the Institute of Director's, Pall Mall, London, then Mortons, Berkeley Square, London.
I went overseas to USA in 1993, to Los Angeles, California, started at Universal Studios, then worked for Actor Eddie Murphy and Singer Rod Stewart.
I Returned back to London in 1996 went to work for Directors Table, Victoria, London, then the Residence of Royal Sun Alliance(Directors Table)
In 2002 I went to Crowne Plaza Jeddah, Saudi Arabia then onto UAE as mentioned as above.
