Behaviour & Purchasing Perceptions Relating to Marketing’.
Dear Recruiters
A 28 year old that graduated from Edinburgh Napier University, with a Second First Class in Tourism and Marketing Management for my honours degree. Additionally achieved a P5 (70%) for my Business Management/Marketing masters degree.
My dream is to establish myself in the hospitality and tourism industry by working for famous and established hospitality institutions. In the goal of becoming an industry leader in tourism and hospitality and developing a pathway to create my establishment. I believe in serving people with comfort, quality and safety is the essence of creating a strong hospitable organisational structure. As well as having an attitude that is determined, passionate, focused and optimistic.
Currently my experience is reasonably broad and quantifiable. Having worked at established institutions such as, The Edinburgh International Conference Centre as a Hospitality Team Leader for Compass Group. Furthermore worked in retail for GAP as a Sales Associate. Additionally did a 4 month university internship program for Scotch Malt Whisky Society in Edinburgh. Also for a short period worked at Zimbabwe Alloys Chrome as a Marketing Administrator, before doing my masters degree.
With all these positions there was something in common. Keeping the customer happy at all times, providing quality service, listening to recommendations for improvement, being punctual, focused and determined, having an astute personality, analysing customer data, communicating effectively with colleagues and clients, developing presentations, report writing and briefings.
All these factors made me enjoy my positions and is the reason why I am still involved in the tourism and hospitality sector.
To conclude giving me a chance to progress in this industry would be a blessing and would be highly appreciated with my work diligence. So please take a look at the rest of my profile and do not hesitate to communicate back with feedback.
Kind Regards
