About me

I'm born in Italy, Molise in june of '97 , since when i was young the passion for the kitchen took me watching my grandmother.
I started working when i was fourteen, then the hype of discovering new flavours and foods take me start to travel around new kitchen and try new stuffs and techniques.
Now i want to travel around the world and discover more type of foods and flavours as possibile.
