After 3 years studied at Switzerland with 2 different colleges HTMi and Cesar Ritz Colleges with an oppotunities to works with a lot of genius and motivated people in a different business in Hospitality Industry such as : Culinary , House Keeping , Services , Bartending etc ... , I had made my decision to be a professional chef in the Culinary profession . I love this profession because i want to work with the highest standards of food , make a normal ingredients becoming an arts and to see a happiness from the customers when they enjoying my products .
During the study , i had a chances to work with Caton restaurant , especially Intercontinental Davos Hotels , where i'm gaining and learning not only so many kitchen techniques but also how to planning an events , how to control and managing food quality , how to work with a team in the multilingual environment and most importantly , how to work under pressure without arguing to another and how to deal with a fastidious customer .
Currently , i have some experiences about Kitchen Management , Wine , Beverage & Mixology , Cuisine of Europe , European Baking & Pastry Arts , Nutrition etc .... and I'm continuous searching for a good start for my career as an Appentice or Commis de Cuisine in a competitive and ambitious environment .
