About me

More than twenty years of a solid background in the Hotel industry. Strategic thinker and team builder, passionate about my job and Hotels. Consistently exceed goals and customer service expectations. My experience includes ten years in Front Office and Duty Management and almost thirteen in Sales & Marketing. I have worked in destinations such as Barcelona, London, Paris and Madrid. This diversity in both operational and managerial experience, in addition to my knowledge, skills, perseverance and multi-lingual ability, has successfully lead multi-cultural teams and achieving tangible results in very different markets like the UK and USA, Europe, the Middle-East, Asia and, specifically, Russia and the CIS. I have been thrilled to work on different projects and destinations, including small boutique hotels in Barcelona or Paris but also
large hotels with great meeting facilities in London, Barcelona or Madrid, always in luxury 5* and 4* city hotels.
