Here is Miriam. After her graduation in languages and tourism, She wanted to discover this awesome world that is the hotellerie. So, She decided to do a master in Hotel Management in London where her teachers explained all what She need to join in this world. Later, She send her Cv to do an internship to "touch" this big world. She had been for two months in a 5* hotel like Hostess/waiter. She is for the challenge in her life, and her dream is to become Hotel General Manager, but to do it She wants to discover all Departments of a hotel. You know that all Departments of a hotel are important and all of them are connected between them..and thanks to this connection the hotel is there for all guests. On September She changed hotel, She worked like Assistant Manager Catering. She was a trainee in this beautiful 5* hotel. It was a beautiful job, She loved it. In this hotel, she also helped for two days in Cuisine Department, two days in F&B Department, and one day in Housekeeping Department. She would like to continue in this sector, improve her skills and She knows that all experiences can help her to improve and learn more and more, and continue to give to all guests a luxury and unique experience. When the guest will come back home, he will remember of the hotel and its team. She came into contact with many customers and created confidential relationships.     I worked on a new opening of a 4 stars hotel decided by my teacher, so I did a intensive research work, starting from a explanation of peculiarity, criticality, and scenery of city.
