Seitdem ich denken kann, half ich im Hotel meiner Grosseltern in Engelberg aus, wo ich die Passion für die Hotellerie entdeckte. Heute, bin ich 24 Jahre jung, Teamplayer, gelernter Koch, geübter Serviceangestellter und bereit Verantwortung zu übernehmen. Aktuell studiere ich im 3. Semester an der Hotelfachschule in Luzern.
Since I was a small child I helped out in the Hotel of my Grandparents in Engelberg, a small Village in the swiss Mountains, where I found my passion for the hotel industry. Thesedays I am 24 Years old and a good teamplayer, skilled chef, professional Waiter and ready to take responsibility. Currently I am studying at the Hotel Management School in Lucerne, Switzerland.

For 2 years I worked in the Catering Company Ryago AG. My tasks were very different, but my Maintask was to provide the food for a special type of guest. My Day was fully stuffed with cooking, creating and transporting food for profiathletes from all over the World. I learned much about organisation, thinking outside of the Box and also how to serve Customers with high claims.
