At.mosphere is a well-known fine dining lounge and restaurant on the122nd floor of Burj Khalifa. I was overseeing more than twenty five team members on the floor and bar, ensuring operations were smooth and guest satisfaction was at optimal dining standard. I was always happy to see guests returning, as this was a confirmation of job well done! In this role, I gained a lot of experience in floor operation, as well as fine dining food. I used my skills and experience to reach the target with up selling, cross selling and recommending promotions. I gathered a lot of experience at back office also, as I was supporting with P&L, and budgeting. I have built great relationships with my team and guests.

This venue had three F&B outlets and I was overseeing beverage operations across all of them, running in full one venue (Spectators). I was working closely with the Marketing Manager to execute promotions and marketing campaigns to maximize hotel F&B revenue.

Toy Room was a nightclub in the hotel which was rebranded three times. It started as Alegra then rebranded to Vanity and eventually changed to Toy Room. I was there through all rebrand operation phases and started as a Bartender which was my first job in UAE. I quickly progressed to Bar Manager. I was in charge of two bars and five to ten staff members through the years. I have mastered MICROS and OMEGA systems. I have also implemented SOP’s and trained teams to follow it. We were known for excellent customer service and maintained a high regular customer base.
