    Responsibilities: 1- Customer Services: - Responding to enquirers from members, either received by email, phone, or in person - Explaining the policy and utilization info to beneficiaries (e.g. Maternity/Dental). - Following-up on approvals required for members visiting network facilities. - Preparing emails for cases requiring special consideration or confirmation of coverage (pre-approval notifications), and following up with the concerned team to obtain the confirmations as quick as possible. - Communicating all customer needs that may be relevant to ensure satisfaction and renewal of accounts. 2- Reimbursement claims: - Advising members on claims documentation, methods of submission, notes to consider (cut-off period, preapprovals, basis of settlement). - Receiving claims, sent by courier or submitted personally, batching, verifying the card numbers, tracking the received claims, and following up on Payment Orders to be settled by the concerned person. - Communicating with providers when needed to obtain further required details/ explanations, on behalf of the members. - Arranging and filing claims after batching in NAS System. Scanning the claims at DXB Branch. 3- Production: - Receiving and revising documents required to issue insurance cards for the new joining staff - Advising the individual members wishing to add their dependents on the required documents to issue cards. - Preparing card applications and obtaining required approvals from the HR team to proceed. - Processing and dispatching the approved cards. - Assisting members in production related issues, eg. reissuing of lost cards and changing of cards photos for the children. - Deleting members from the policy as per HR requests (resignations, terminations, and retirements). 4- Administration: - Coordinating appointments for VIP members. - Communicating with Insurer on behalf of the members to obtain certain documents, such as travel insurance letters and insurance continuity letters.
