I have more than 3 years of experience in planning and executing corporate events, conferences, meetings, team building, product launches, brand promotions, branding & advertising.
I have experience in handling all the operations of the events, searching & booking venues, vendor management, product sourcing & procurement, production, artworks & printing, on-site supervision, Managing & maintaining inventory, arranging work permits, approvals & NOC, s, supervising crew, administration, budgeting, proposals.

I have knowledge of UAE market and good relationship with events suppliers.

    o Act as the liaison between the client and brains at work to identify clients’ needs and ensure customer satisfaction. o Search & book hotels/venues that fulfill the events’ requirement within clients’ budget. o Site inspections before the event to give feedback, suggestions & recommendations about the venue. o Send RFP to hotels and based on their proposal prepare a price & service comparison sheet for clients, negotiate with hotels for prices, services & recommend the best package to the client. o Prepare proposals for the clients and arrange a meeting for a detail presentation, our suggestions & recommendation for the project/event. o Manage vendors and recommend the best combination of quality and cost & source new if required for all event suppliers catering, event signage/branding, collateral, and promotional items, entertainments, AV & lights, etc. o Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms. Meeting events deadlines by prioritizing tasks & Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner. o Manage & supervise all event operations production, procurement, logistics, artworks, branding printing, backdrop walls, stage production, AV & lights etc. o Onsite planning & oversee on-site work by third-party vendors to and ensure all project elements meet the standards and delivery within time limits. o Pre-arrange gate passes, work permits, NOC's both from Venues / Hotels & government departments if required. o Do final checks on the day of the event layout, branding, productions and installations to ensure everything meets standards. o Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems (if any) o Manage & maintain inventory, repair damages if any and ensure all equipment are in good condition before returning to warehouse, source & procure new product if required. o Manage events logistics & transportation pre and post-event. o Prepare budget sheets for the projects, expenses summary, initiate third-party suppliers PO's & contracts, prepare payments schedule as per agreed terms and request advance payments or PDC if required. o Teambuilding equipment sourcing, procurement, setup, dismantle, equipment inventory management, maintenance & assist facilitator during the activities. o Office administration.
