About me

Hello Hospitality World !

Creative people do not always have to be chaotic. Creating great F&B and marketing concept visions require cultural mindsets and effective professional processes. For me, the terms creativity and structure are two perfectly complementary necessities in the job - everyday life of an consultant or manager.

After working in the best hotels in the world, where I developed into a leader in beverage management, I set up my own business in Frankfurt am Main as a creative free spirit. In 2011 and 2012 I started the largest bar incentive project in 40 cities of Germany, after that i worked on a lot of marketing and catering incentives for coorporates of the beverage-, sports- and it business. Due to the constant passion and activity to the music culture, I always moved between strategic thinking patterns in the beverage world and the event culture. Without completing a degree course, I learned to be quick with process-driven procedures and methodical principles, but also to act to a certain extent "out of the box". During that time I opened three bar outlets within four years, with which I could work out the national award for best team work in Germany. So I am also a passionated mixologist, who produced books, singnature drinks and video material for different clients.
At the middle of last year I sold my gastronomic portions of the local gastronomy and then fulfilled the dream of a long journey to collect new impressions and creative approaches.

For the tender of a leading position in the beverage or marketing sector, I consider myself to be the appropriate person to represent an authentic branding within your company with my international network in terms of expertise, vision, implementation and consistency as well as a positive and sustainable image of the outlets care for.
I would like to bring my great passion for beverage business, as well as my experience, which I have gathered both in the top segment of the hotel industry, and above all in my selfemployment as a consultant.

As a curious and always proactive player in the gastronomic world, as well as passionate culture and event lovers with a great pioneering spirit, I already have a deep understanding of the specific industry. I am an ambitious and lofty person who appreciates an open culture and communication.
