About me

Firstly first, let me introduce myself. My name is Muhammad Razif. I am basically from Jakarta- Indonesia . I have passed my education from Bandung Tourism Institute of Higher Education known as STP-Bandung at 2014. Majoring in food production management. And my last GPA is 3.59.

I do have experience in working with some hotels. I was training in Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur by HPL Group at Oct 2012 to Feb 2013. and first experience as a staff was started at Shangri-La's Barr Al Jissah Resort & Spa, muscat, oman as a commis chef from July 2014 to March 2015. then, i applied to Four Points By Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, as a commis 1, after work 1 year 3 months i got promoted as a Demi Chef De Partie in Main Kitchen. And continue my career at shabu kojo restaurant, bandung as quality assurance/quality control and still working in presently.

As a quality assurance/quality control in shabu kojo restaurant the job description are making the Standard Operational Procedure, make standard recipe and standard menu for shabu kojo restaurant and make sure all the staff work Ing as a standard made. Follow all the standard and make sure all the service going well. Not only about the working standard food only but also the service standard and so on.
