I have been working in the A'La Carte section for about 9 months.In these 9 months i gained experiance in preparation and service of food. . During this period i have worked on the salad section and starters where we used to do platters as well and later on i learned the pasta section and main courses such as fresh fish and meat I have learned and improved my skills in better and also how to work under pressure as our section is often very busy.
