Procurement of products, buying from the correct supplier and sourcing the best quality products at the best available price. Ensuring the day to day running of the business is as smooth and efficient as possible. Control and run month end stock take and Cost of Sales % Capturing and processing invoices. Follow up with each department regarding orders and correct products are received. Check the daily par levels in each store as well as the butchery. Controlling the products sent up from the butchery to the restaurant and making sure it is all recorded and accounted for. Create budgets from for the restaurant and butchery regarding their daily targets and breakeven point. Examine financial data/statements and use the to improve profitability. Report back to owners regarding the profit and loss sheet.
