Within my role as a Customer Assistant I am responsible for the ambient area of the store, guiding other employees and helping to make key decisions in the space, range and display of the area. Further to this, I aid in the building and maintenance of event zones round the store which change weekly. The ability to work in a high pressure environment, meet managers targets while dealing with all customer’s needs is key in this role. As well as zoning the ambient department the ability to provide great customer service is key when working within Marks and Spencer.
