A native of Ammam, Jordan, Chef Nahar Ibrahim Alsoub found his calling to the world of cuisines while he was still in his early years. His first 3 years of working in Planet Hollywood gave way to start to light up his passion in the kitchen business and its arts. Given the opportunities to work side by side with some seasoned chefs and renowned hospitality managers drove him for a bigger appetite to be more creative and positively competitive.
Being competent in variety of cuisines and modern cooking techniques he also has the sensitivity to create custom menus in accordance with the guest’s lifestyle and taste sensitivity. Chef Nahar's creativity is innovative and simple, and explores modern variations of Arabian & Mediterranean cuisine. He prefers fresh seasonal ingredients, which utilize fresh herbs, quality olive oil and fresh meats.
After joining the prestigious final round of Knorr, Masters of Seasoning – Middle East he become more focused in creating more masterpieces and enhances further his managerial capabilities.
