Here is the description of my main missions as a Business unit manager apprentice at Compass group France: -Working with and learning from business unit managers in managing their sectors (7 to 15 restaurants). Regular interventions in business restaurants (Cantines) to help restaurant managers on administrative tasks ( billing, recovery (Side trade), cash control using Compass groups' tools, marketing...) and operational help. - Ensuring the contract's sustainability and the quality of the service - Budget and KPIs tracking, specific to mass catering ( sales revenue, attendance, interim costs ...) -Administrative tasks: organizing meetings, preparing presentations (pwpt), emailing and telephonic exchange with suppliers (room saveurs, La galerie culinaire, petit forestier, pomona...) and clients -Enforcing the internal working procedures on HACCP and Hygiene
