    Acting as a stage manager since Feb 2018 till November 2018. Main Duties: -Schedules and runs rehearsals, make sure they run smoothly and on time -Communicates what the director wants to set designers, costume staff and stage crew -Coordinates the stage crew's work -Calls cues for crew and possibly actor entrances during performances -Oversees the show at each performance -During rehearsals, Works with performance captains and show director to record blocking, light, sound and set change cues in the prompt book -Takes notes on performance on aspects of the performance to distribute to actors and production team and crew -Hold extra rehearsals as needed and receives emergency calls during shows for quick and instant fixes -Make sure Health and Safety rules and regulations are being followed -Follow up on instant solutions for replacements of sick performers, wardrobe malfunction or missing props -Work with technical team to create a set of cues that matches the directors needs and plan how they will be implemented accordingly

    Role overview: Purpose: The DPR Entertainment team works collaboratively regardless of job titles or duties to deliver world class entertainment. The Entertainment Coordinator provides assistance and support to the Production manager and stage manager in the coordination of talent, tech, VIP's and venue start up/Shut down procedures. Create and maintain documentation of Schedules, itineraries and production books. Day to Day operations of rehearsals/shows and events, interaction with cast/crew/front line staff and guests. Communication: (Internal) Interface with all other DPR park departments, Senior Management, Production management and staff. (External) Interface with all vendors/VIP's/Contracted talent as assigned. Main Duties: -Assist in building/maintaining schedules, FYI's and status reports. -Monitors performances, on stage/back stage/green rooms for show quality, safety and SOP compliance. -Communication of pertinent information inter/intra departmentally -Act as first point of contact for addressing guest situations in a positive and professional manner. -Ability to Maintain confidential information. -Execute and maintain policies procedures and processes for the respective function/department and ensure reviewing and keeping the existing ones updated as part of the "continuous process improvement" -Maintain relevant electronic systems to bring efficiency and effectiveness to existing processes. -Interface with DPR internal and external clients in a professional and courteous manner. -Must be able to adapt to an ever changing work environment. -Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management team.
