With over 13 years of experience within Hyatt Family as one of the top leading global hotels where I Started my career in F&B as a waiter and currently holding a position a Director of Events with my passion for the hospitality industry.

I have a complete understanding of the aspects related to Events – Sales as well as Food and Beverage operation and managing a multicultural team with various sizes in different segmentation.

Being driven by goals and usually my enthusiasm helps and motivate the team and inspire creative environment. I care for people and give them the freedom to be themselves in order for them to be their best.

    o Managing Events Department consisting of Event Sales, Events Planning, Weddings & Off-Site Catering) with total of 14 team members o Managing Event Operation with total of 34 Team members o Managing event space of 4,000+ sq. meters and ensuring maximum meeting room occupancy is achieved through sales & meeting room allocation as per guest requirements o Developing Sales Strategies for each sub department to ensure maximum growth and revenue o Ensuring that monthly Banquet budget is achieved to ultimately achieve the annual Banquet Budget per year:  2016: Achieved 7% above budget  2017: Achieved 7.5% above budget o Ensuring personal & career growth for each individual o Coordinating an effective & efficient payroll management / resource allocation through establishing a flexible workforce throughout the division based on the principles of multi skills. o Reporting (which includes monthly revenue, day to day sales, meeting room occupancy and historical data) o Monitoring contracted revenues to ensure revenue is increased and maximum contribution to monthly target is achieved by respective team members o Continuous SWOT Analysis are done to identify potential new clients/business for the hotel to improve the business model & contribute to the budget/targets o Liaising with other operational departments to ensure the smooth transition in the day to day business and operation o Cross selling all the F&B outlets
