Office Administration • Handling the front office. • Handling incoming & outgoing correspondence. • Ensuring stationery requirements of the office are met (weekly stock & place order to buy). • Preparing transmittal notes for any outgoing documents and ensure the DTN is acknowledged. • Prepare & ensure the courier to be collected (both International & national) & scrutinize the courier Bills correctness and to be submitted for payment. • Ensure the computers, Internet & VPN & networking works at all times. • Supervising the office boy. • Sending Service request form to the travel agency for meet & greet, Airport pickup. • Ensuring hotel bookings are made for the appropriate CC dates for personnel. • Obtaining hotel confirmation & checking all the expected personnel have arrived. • Travel arrangements.
