Job Description; • Guiding, Counseling & coaching new colleagues to meet the leading quality assurance satisfaction. (LQA Standards). • In charge of taking food and drinks order and ensuring a smooth operation on the floor in the absence of the team leader. • Ensuring BAR Opening & Closing checklists are completed on a Daily basis. • Monitoring Guest Satisfaction & Responding to Feedback. • In charge of staff section allocation during operation hours. • To ensure a safe working environment for all colleagues within the outlet. • To understand all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service. • To maintain a daily log for communication between colleagues. • To attend and participate in all required meetings. • To promote teamwork and adopt a harmonious working climate. • To promote good public relations and handle complaints or concerns of guests. • To handle inventories directly involved with the operation of the outlet. • Operation report on the daily basis • Calculating the costing and monitoring the daily consumption record of the alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. • Assisting the team leader and the outlet assistant manager and ensuring the Outlet and Bar meets the standard at all times
