A student who started out at Diploma level in Rooms Division Management, I have accomplished multiple local work practice placements with outstanding results and an international placement as well with more on the horizon. I have worked both in Front Office and Housekeeping departments and covered most positions in both departments for a period of time.

Furthermore I have high proficiency with computer applications, systems and knowledge reducing any technological barriers significantly due to past experience in the IT field which has greatly assisted in problem solving skills.
