I have been working in PR, Communication and Events for many years, and during this time have worked with international clients as well as private and public institutions. In addition to this, I have worked as a freelance writer for various newspapers. My time as a freelancer has helped me to develop excellent writing and communication skills.
I have lived and worked in unique cities such as Rome, Madrid, New York, and Barcelona proving myself in different and dynamic environments. Due to these extraordinary experiences, I developed strong language skills and a special understanding of different cultures.
I am extremely organized and I have always had a strong desire to achieve my goals. My strong drive to succeed has previously helped me to achieve good results. For example, thanks to the outcome of my hard work, I was selected to be a cultural ambassador at the Italian Institute of Culture in Madrid out of the entire Italian student population. As an ambassador I had the chance to work with the most important Spanish government institution as well as with the Spanish national press.
When I moved to New York, I began working as a PR&Event Account in an American PR agency that focuses mainly on promoting international brands within the United States. With my team, I developed plans to promote and improve the image of our clients, and I planned and attended events and launches, proving myself in very different and unexpected situations. My experience in New York has given me the resources and motivation to reach towards other ambitious goals.
Once I moved to Barcelona, I have shown my capability to handle a high level of responsibilities and to gain further skills in a short period of time.
Finally, I would like to highlight some aspects of my personality which I think could make me a suitable candidate. Since the beginning of my undergraduate studies I have always had a sense of duty to further my education and to work with passion and commitment. Following my first experience abroad, my desire to travel, to discover new places and experience new cultures was heightened. This opportunity was the impetus for subsequently studying and working in other countries. Feeling comfortable with and respecting people of diverse cultures is the feature of my personality I am most proud of.
For all these reasons, I am confident I can make a strong contribution to the continuing success of your company.
