I graduated from Swiss Hotel Management School and was doing my internship
at LUX* Belle Mare Hotel *****, as a Guest Relation Officer and this position truly
describe all the qualities that I have strength for. At the moment I am doing
management training at The Dupont Ciercle, Washington D.C. in rooms division. I
have started to work in hospitality since I was 17 years old in a restaurant as a
waiter and reached position of a supervisor. After that I decided to get a
professional education and received diploma in a Hotel Management. After that I
applied for a front office position. Working in a five star hotel gave me huge
experience of understanding how true luxury, personalized service looks like
and convinced me one more time that I have strong communication skills, which
is helping me to deal with any kind of guests requests or complaints.
