This training placement was phenomenal to introduce myself into the luxury service, personalized and unique. Adapted to the needs of each guest. I had a lot of tasks, but in short: · I was in charge of having the set up of the restaurant ready for opening every day and supervising that everything was great. · Help new trainees to learn. · Dealing with customer complaints. I also learned to work under pressure, to attend to several things at the same time, to prioritize situations, and even to meet the needs and surpass the expectations of all the guests.
