I am an experienced, talented and passionate restaurant manager. I have been in working in hospitality for the past 11 years. I have had a pleasure to manage some of the best restaurants in London such as Sushi Samba (voted top ten restaurants in London by Time Out) or Devonshire Club (voted one of top three private members in London by Time Out).

Club is luxury Private members Club in City therefore my clientele has been very demanding so I had to learn to deliver perfection on daily basis.
I became General Manager when I was 29 years old last year which made me one of the youngest in London.
My partner and I have reallocated to Luxembourg last year and I started to work as Operations Manager for Manso group. My main goal was opening now very successful new restaurant El Barrio which has quickly become the busiest restaurant in Luxembourg.
