About me

As a young bartender being in the industry for 5 years. My background started in hotels with the pre-opening teams of Sofitel So Bangkok and W Bangkok. I then had the opportunity to work with Vesper Bar in Bangkok, before moving to Il Fumo, the new opening from the team behind Vesper. Since I arrived in the group, I had now risen to Group Bar Manager, overseeing both venue's bar operations. It's at Vesper that I developed and learned some techniques as an award-winning bartender. I also took my talents to Zuma Bangkok as a Bar Manager, making an impact by raising their standards of their beverage program.

Former winner to the Diplomatico Thailand Final in 2014. I recently won the Diageo World
Class South East Asia’s Best Bartender of the year 2016, Thailand’s Best Bartender 2016, the Best Local Flavors Challenge and currently representing Thailand in the Global Final in Miami. Right now, my ranking is 17 for the global bartender in 2016. I see the future of cocktails to moving back in the likes of classics, but with the use of unique ingredients and the art of storytelling behind each cocktail.

    I am working as a house-opening team at Vesper Restaurant and Cocktail Bar. The duties of a bartender include making drinks, possessing a large knowledge of signature cocktails and molecular cocktails menu plus promotion sales, checking for proper identification, maintaining the appearance and ensured compliance with all hygiene standards, handling employee issues, handling customer complaints and disturbances, supervising other bartenders and have a chance to work with the Fluid Movement Team (U.K) that they had been a consulting for the bar which we are creating an incredible drinking experiences. I continue working to the same owner, I’ve got a great opportunity to be in charge the Il FUMO Bar which is a great classic and modernist cocktail including single malt and another brown spirit. Here, I also working alongside with Diageo Company as a Project Manager to take care the “Symphony in Blue Event” working and reserved Mr. Jim Beveridge (The Master Blander Johnnie Walker) and Tom Jones (Global Brand Ambassador) and training all my staffs about all the product knowledge and cocktails. My job here to create all the cocktails and promotion including taking care about GP for the venues and wines. I am a consultant to create cocktails to Starwood hotel which is W Koh Samui Retreat & Residences and Supanniga restaurant in Bangkok including a training all staffs.
