A creative and progressive chef with 5 years of experience in Italian fine dining, Spanish, and Mediterannean cuisines.Worked in luxury hotels and several upscale restaurants.As a resposnible chef i work innovatively, methodically and to strict deadlines, whilst maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.I am a self-motivated chef and a responsible person who enjoys the challenge of a busy work environment.
