About me

I was born 👴 centuries ago in Rome Italy in a family of gastronomy experts who can boast the management of famous gastronomic businesses such as cooking school, restaurants and gourmet supermarkets in Italy, Canada and the United States. I have a selfie with Julio César while eating the first 🍝 Alfredo. I had the opportunity to study and work in many countries 🌎 such as Italy, Spain, France, Switzerland, Canada, Colombia, Mexico, Kuwait and Bahrain. Main studied topics are: agro-industrial engineering, gastronomy, business management Food & Beverages management, nutrition,pizza making, economy, finance, project management, cross-cultural management. I worked as Executive Chef, Pizzaiolo ,Director of F&B , Director of Operations and Food & Beverage Manager for Hospitality and Catering 5⭐ in several venues. I had my own pizzeria in Rome Italy and a catering company in Toronto Canada. Currently assisting a multinational company to open restaurants in Bahrain and others arabic countries.
