My name is Paolo De Luca and I was born in Rome, Italy, from a family of gastronomy experts that can boast the management of famous gastronomic businesses such as cooking schools, gourmet restaurants and supermarkets in Italy, Canada and the United States. I have had the opportunity to study in 4 languages ​​and countries mainly subjects such as agro-industrial engineering, gastronomy, F & B business management and nutrition.
