I aspire to become the General Manager of a luxury hotel in an urban city like London, Montréal, Mumbai or Paris. My goals is to gain as much experience as possible during the coming few years. And invest that experience in my own Luxury boutique hotel project.

I particularly appreciate the team spirit, which I consider as the most vital characteristic of a working environment. Curious, motivated and disciplined, I don’t consider myself as a leader but a warrior who battles from the front.

My passion for the hospitality & tourism is hereditary as my family is in the same business for years now. And I made my choice for doing my Masters in SKEMA quite easily as this school offers the opportunity to develop career internationally and to be part of a network spread all over the world.

During the last three years I have gone through the basic aspects of the hospitality business, and all the knowledge and the experience I have acquired has given me the ability and strength to take a step further.

My missions as the first receptionist consisted in welcoming guests and make sure they spend a pleasant time and appreciate the service of the hotel. Assist the Front Office manager in the daily administrative work. Training interns and all new welcome desk employees. I also ensured the role of the Night Manager for a certain period where I was responsible in taking decisions, in the absence of the general management during the night. Effective management and verification of all day transactions, client bills and room rates. Complete all the tasks on the PMS and prepare the report of the previous day. And finally supervise the night audit work.
