Having exercised the position of senior project manager for urban planning in road safety (Senior Tech/Project Manager) enabled me to be extremely organized, meet deadlines and respect the allotted budget. After obtaining a management degree I started to collaborate more with HR in recruiting, coaching and employee orientation. Throughout my studies, I always found myself working in restaurants. Being passionate about food and after multiple internships in Michelin starred restaurants I decided to make my way in the culinary world and made my passion my job. My continuous thirst for knowledge has today geared me towards an MBA program specialized in “Public Health”. I take ethics, human behavior, food repartition & waste to heart. These are serious issues that need desperate changes and this MBA will enhance my leadership skills in making a difference where it matters.
After almost 7 years in the food industry in divers key functions (chef de partie, private chef, supervisor of apprentices, events coordinator etc.) as well as starting a business focused on Food R&D and technics, I am now ready for a new challenge. My goal today is to integrate a team where I can share the knowledge that I have gathered, my passion and lead them to achieving even greater results!
