    170 rooms & suites, 3 restaurants, 3 bars, 1 pool house bar/restaurant 2 golf courses, 11 meetings rooms (810m²) As Food and Beverage Assistant Manager I’m responsible for these differents outlets and services: “Le Lassay” (Fine dining restaurant), “Le Green” (Bar & Snacking), Golf Clubs-houses bars/restaurants, Breakfast, Banqueting department, Room-service, Pool House. Daily tasks : • Assisting the F&B director on his daily work. • Planning and organizing the activities week by week (Events, meetings, groups dining) • Managing 10 to 50 team members. • Operational and administrative team management : Training, daily organization, work legislation documents, motivation… • Briefing staff on their tasks prior to start each shift. • Costs control and budgeting staff for a seasonal and varied activity. • Organize the F&B team (full time, seasonal, trainees, extras) and adjusting schedules in order to respect the budget without lowering the quality. • In charge of all the F&B areas during the absence of F&B Manager. • Checking cash out figures. • Respecting and strictly following procedures, standards and policies by The Barrière Company. • Resolving customer complains promptly and successfully by investigating problems. • Greeting guests and ensuring they are happy throughout their meal. • Making sure the restaurant adheres to a budget. • Assisting the waiting staff during busy times. • Organizing jointly with sales team high volume events up to 400 people : weddings, barmitzvah, formal dinner, media events...
