In the last eleven years, I have held various and prolonged work experience in different hotels who have allowed me to develop skills and passion. In my most recent assignment, I specialized in the sales sector (Revenue Management), particularly in the management of new digital platforms such as booking.com, expedia, omnibee, airbnb and tour operator, with whom I have helped to increase annual sales by 27% and turnover by 35%. Also, I have an excellent knowledge of English, Portuguese and an intermediate level of Italian (currently, I am attending an Italian intensive course).
