I would like to highlight a few very relevant strong points in my professional experience.
I have worked on different PMS systems like Opera, Fidelio, Wishnet etc. I was also responsible for setting up the complete shell of a PMS system. This happened with a hotel rebranding.

I was given the challenge of single handedly constructing the CRS system, Travelclick who are our CRS system provider and integrating the booking channels and property management system with Opera and also our website booking engine. This has given me a great practical understanding of such system set ups and its follow up related to even fine intricacies. I am extremely happy to say that it was a great success.

I am very familiar with inventory balancing to produce best yield results. I have a strong background in hotel rooms as well as apartment inventory management. I have been handling apartment inventories now for over 5 years and very much comprehend the seasonality of this inventory.

I have a fair knowledge of Starwod’s and Taj Hotels revenue management systems.

I have a dual side to my hotel experience one of Revenue Management as well as very in depth operational experience which gives me a great advantage for such crucial vacancies. I have a great understanding of the Dubai market and the seasonal flow of source markets throughout a year to Dubai specially GCC other than other top source markets.

I now presently have a hands on experience in Revenue Management for now over 7 years therefore have great understanding of applying revenue generation sources in different departments of the hotel. As per some of the basic pre-requisites I have strong Analytic and number crunching skill.
To add to and mention I also have an experience of over 13 years in hotel operations and comprehend the nerve of every section of F.O and other operational areas. I also gave a great understanding of the ABCs of the Housekeeping department. I have had the experience of serving guests who come from across the globe and across various market segments thereby being familiar with behaviour and expectations and proactively managing situations. Having managed teams as large as 50 plus employees in this department in 5 star operations. I have been able to stimulate guest satisfaction scales to higher levels. I have also been involved in re-opening of a property after a major renovation.
