I graduated with a Bachelor degree in Management and Marketing from the University of Bologna, Italy. I am currently attending a Master Degree in Food and Beverage management at ALMA. The decision to enter the hospitality industry comes from myself being customer-centered, caring and a strong team player. My strongest soft skill that defines me is my ability to listen. I believe that listening to people is the first link to create a long lasting relationship.
I am keen on numbers and I enjoy working with numbers and memorizing data. I do not fear long and stressful days as I always try to tackle them with a positive attitude that I try to spread amongst my team.
