I am a Hospitality Industry Professional since 2011. I guide Hotel Owners and Top Managers on sales development to boost revenue of their hotels. I identify powerful instruments to build effective sales system for each particular hotel. I provide solutions to upgrade guest experience and advance customer satisfaction.
