A senior L & D professional with 14 years of experience across the full training cycle, in Customer Service, Leadership, regulatory, Baggage Handling and Implementation of large-scale Training Programs internationally. Am a certified trainer from City & Guilds, CIPD, IATA & Emirates Airlines Specialist at Emirates Aviation College, Dubai.

    Achievements:  Delivered all trainings for Emirates Airport Services (Dubai & Outstation) & regulatory trainings for dnata and Emirates.  Project managed 30 plus new route start-ups and Ground Handling Agency changes for Emirates, in addition to ensuring a seamless and successful start-up.  Partnered with business to conduct a performance analysis for new station start-ups and GHA change while monitoring the performance of existing stations and recommending remedial measures.  Remotely supported new station re-start (Abuja/15 Dec 17) through Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) sessions, thereby saving costs and avoiding logistical hassles for the organization.  Managed TNA for 02 stations & effectively communicated the outcomes with all stakeholders.  Coached, developed and signed off new trainers within Emirates group & network.  Advised the AS Connect project team and system solutions on key learning elements for training flight creation.  Project managed annual training flight creation for all programmes GLD offers to EKAS network, Dubai and dnata.
