Greeting clients as they arrive, welcome guest with a glass of juice or water, coordinate their check-ins to assigned rooms and informing them about the hotel facilities. Provide upscale guest services experiences for clients throughout their stay. Actively listen to and resolve complaints. Ensure special guests, like disabled people, elderly, children and VIPs, receive personalized services. Operate computer programs and multi-line phone systems and maintain order at front desk. Complete basic cashiering and bookkeeping responsibilities. Contact necessary staff to solve problems when challenges arise, ensuring guest comfort and making sure guests are satisfied. Coordinate and manage communication between guest and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns. Inform clients of our hotel services, including breakfast and dining options. Examine daily duties, assign tasks and check on progress. Analyze customer feedback from hotel guestbook and online reviews and suggest ways to improve ratings. Recommend local tourist spots, including places to dine, shop and sight see. Appraise team's performance and produce regular reports. Promote all hotel amenities, convenience and programs offered. Establish friendly relationships with the guests and visitors.
