This is a 17 point Gault Millau and 1 star Michelin Gourmet Restaurant. I worked in both Gourmet and A-la-carte area of the restaurant as a service trainee on every working day and sometimes in banquet. At the A-la-carte section, my responsibility was to greet the guest and serve them in their entire stay, like explain the menu, suggest the meal base on the guest's interest, take the order and work at the bar station. In Gourmet restaurant, I worked as a table runner.
