I am a hard-working, flexible, results-oriented and motivated graduate with employment and voluntary experience, with a wide range of skills, who can work effectively both as a team member and independently.

My educational background has equipped me with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to cope well with pressure and the capacity to meet tight deadlines. I also have a highly efficient work ethic along with a substantial degree of emotional intelligence which helps me to adapt to a wide array of situations, and that dictates professionalism.

The proof of my excellent work ethic is indicated by the fact that I achieved a degree by passing exams and attending seminars and lectures during the day (studying full-time - 25 hours per week) while working 12-hour night shifts (working full-time - 48 hours per week).

I am also an avid sports advocate. I played sports at a professional level for approximately ten years which taught me that discipline is vital in anyone’s life. I greatly enjoy jogging, swimming, playing basketball and football (or soccer if you wish). I find playing sports to be the best way to relieve the stress of a busy workday.

    As a night concierge, I am responsible for quality customer service to residents and guests during the night. • Greet visitors at the entrance • Be the main point of contact for visitors • Carry out security inspections and operations as required • Deal with phone calls • Deal with food and drinks orders • Demonstrate a high level of customer services at all times • Demonstrate knowledge related to the policies introduced by the managing company as well as knowledge of the local area • Handle all the correspondence in a professional manner • Attend appropriate training courses when required and assist others with development efforts • Follow company brand standards
